As you can see in the charts below, we tested this system thoroughly. With the Dynamic Pulse System, 30% more dust was removed from the filters than with a typical pulsing system! Also, it had 82% effectiveness vs. 57% effectiveness with the standard pulsing system!

We realize that the filter cleaning system is actually one of the most critical components in the dust collector design. And filter life can be dramatically improved if you eliminate the entrainment. So, we designed a computer synchronized pulse sequence.

Just milliseconds after the filter is purged the surrounding filters are given a secondary purge which neutralizes the air flow in the proximity, propelling the dust particulate down into the collection area. This combination of our patent-pending, dynamic pulse technology and a vertical filter arrangement constitutes a major breakthrough in extended filter life. In fact, test results have shown that this technology is five times more effective in cleaning filters, which translates into a dramatic improvement in operating cost.
