Join us in the opening keynote session featuring Flavio Volpe, president of the Automotive Parts Manufacturers’ Association (APMA) – Manufacture and Trade: Canada Can Do Both
Be one of the first people to see RoboVent’s new MiniCube in action. The small, portable air filtration unit effectively removes smoke and harmful fumes away from welder breathing zones and filters the air to keep workers safer and healthier.
The MiniCube’s size and portability make it an excellent choice for high-mobility jobs such as shipbuilding or fabricating large components. The long reach of the Extractor hose gives welders exceptional flexibility and the with its light weight and four wheels, the MiniCube can easily be moved along side the welders.
Stop by booth #755 and check it out!
Check out our live welding demonstrations with the RoboVent Extractor. This state-of-the-art welding gun with built-in fume extraction features a new nozzle design that combines a perfect weld with a high capture rate of weld fumes. When used properly, it captures 90-95% of weld fumes without sacrificing a high-quality weld. But don’t just take our word for it – try it out yourself at booth #755.
RoboVent ProCube is the perfect companion for the RoboVent Extractor Fume Gun. In fact, the two were designed to go together. ProCube can be used with one or two Extractor Fume Guns. Toggle between one-gun or two-guns with a flick of a switch. The unit will automatically start when the torch is on, and stop when it is off, for easy operation and energy savings.
The ProCube’s size and portability make it an excellent choice for high-mobility applications such as shipbuilding or large fabricated components. The long reach of the Extractor hose gives welders exceptional mobility, and the ProCube can be easily moved along with the welder.
Spire is a flexible, cost-effective alternative to centralized ducted systems for high-production industrial processes. Unlike standard displacement ventilation options, each Spire360 unit collects and filters ambient air and returns it to the facility. The unit is designed to collect contaminated air high on the unit and discharge clean, filtered at the bottom.
Vista360™ is one of RoboVent’s most recent innovations, combining powerful filtration technology with an installation scheme designed for convenience and space saving. Vista360 begins with a dust and fume collector that is perfectly suited for heavy welding needs. The serious fumes produced by robotic welding cells are captured by the Vista360, and the system filters the air and returns it to the facility.
Vista360’s other distinguishing feature is the manner in which it is installed—on the ceiling, out of the way of other equipment and traffic. Freeing up floor space allows you to keep your production lines flexible. Sight lines are much improved across the plant floor, as well.
Superior Dust Collection for Every Industry
RoboVent has pushed air filtration technology to a new level with the Fusion™ Series. Building on decades of experience and innovation, RoboVent has created a dust collector that is more capable, more powerful and yet simpler. The Fusion Series brings together these breakthroughs into one distinctly unique product platform.
RoboVent has used state-of-the-art fabrication technology and lean-manufacturing principles to build a collector of exceptional quality. The results include:
A Breakthrough in Oil Mist Collection Technology
The Robovent Clarion® Series is a revolutionary design in industrial air-cleaning equipment that efficiently separates solid particulate in oil and water in the most demanding manufacturing environments.
Traditional oil-mist collectors rely on dated technologies—such as centrifugal, pocket filters, individual cartridge or panel filters, electrostatic precipitators and others—with limited success. We believed there was a better way, so we investigated the entire process in order to redesign the way oil mist is collected.
The result is the RoboVent Clarion Series.
Facility-wide Ambient Air Filtration
The RoboVent Vortex™ Series collector is based on a proprietary design that creates a circulating airflow to effectively capture and filter particulates in a plant. Cleaner air is then reintroduced to the plant in a seamless process. The system utilizes a unique mechanism consisting of eight to 12 nozzles that can be adjusted directionally to maximize the efficiency at which the air is cleaned.
Why the Vortex Series Is an Excellent Choice
There are many benefits to installing a Vortex System in your facility:
Ontario-based Sellick Equipment needed an air quality solution to control weld fumes produced in the manufacture of rough-terrain forklifts. Low ceilings didn’t leave room for a traditional ducted push-pull system, but five floor-mounted Vortex™ ambient filtration units quickly cleared the air. The new system was installed in two days with no disruption to their processes and has exceeded their expectations for comfort and air quality.
“We’re thrilled about the many positive effects the new RoboVent system is having on our workers, facility and production,” said Stoughton Trailers President Bob Wahlin.
RoboVent engineers used VentMapping™, an air-mapping process using computational fluid dynamics to identify specific airflow patterns and filtration requirements for each of the areas targeted.
In this testimonial, Stoughton leaders speak about why they chose RoboVent equipment for their primary fabrication facility.
