Ring Panels & Links
Ring panel and link air filters improve indoor air quality by removing contaminants from the air stream. Link filters and ring filters have layered polyester filter media with a metal wire that is heat-sealed around the inside edges to hold the media open which means it does not require latches or clips like other types of filters.
This type of filter typically has a minimum efficiency reporting value (MERV) rating of 8. MERV ratings measure how efficiently a filter removes contaminants from the air based on the size of the particles it can capture. A higher MERV means it can capture smaller particles. Ring panel and link air filters are commonly used in commercial buildings, schools, and areas where surface finishing is performed.
