Compressed air filters remove contaminants from after compression has taken place. There are multiple filters for compressed air including desiccant, coalescing, vapor removers and dry particulate to name a few.

Desiccant Air Dryers

A desiccant is a specialized drying agent that works by removing water vapors from the compressed air. Desiccant is made of a material that attracts water and allows water to stick to the desiccant material. Common types of desiccant are silica gel and activated alumina.
Our desiccant filters remove dust, dirt, water vapor and oil aerosols that may have gotten through the main air filtration system.
